In week one we discussed what does it look like to love all people sacrificially.  We tackled questions like:  If we are really supposed to love people then why in Luke 14:26 did Jesus say we cannot follow him unless we hate our mothers and brothers and even ourselves?  How do you love and care for someone who has been hateful and hurtful to you?  Is it really biblical to hate the sin and love the sinner?  How do we love people we don't agree with?  How do we respond in love to issues of sin like same sex attraction?  Check out some of these helpful resources that we shared during our discussion:
