After retiring as a physician in the Army, Tom and his family decided to relocate back to Elizabethtown. This was due to the spiritual growth they had experienced while worshiping at GHC when he was previously stationed at Fort Knox. So in 2017, Tom and Cheri along with their kids, Brandon, Mackenzie and Ella rejoined the GHC family. They are active in their small group and Tom serves as a student small group leader and is leading the Global Leadership Summit Host Team. Tom is also a returning elder.
Jake has called GHC his home for over a decade. He and Leah along with their children, Ace Tate (8) and Anne Cece (5) are active in their small group and enjoying do life with their GHC family. A highlight of Jake's week is serving with GHS students both as a WNL adult leader and Sunday morning small group leader. A Graduate of WKU, Jake works here in Elizabethtown for the Kentucky DOT. In his off time he loves mountain biking, coaching his kids sports and traveling with family.
Jason Root has been an active member of Grace Heartland Church for a number of years and is a returning elder.
