ENROLLMENT
Enrollment Requirements
For 2 Year Old Class - Children must be 2 years old by the date they start preschool, and they must be 2 years old before October 1, 2022 to enroll. Maximum class size for the 2 year old preschool class is 6 students.
For 3 Year Old Class - Children must be 3 years old by August 1, 2022, or they must have completed a 2 year old program with a birthdate before October 1, 2019 to enroll in the 3 year old class. Children must be fully potty trained. Maximum class size for the 3 year old preschool class is 9 students.
For 4 Year Old Class - Children must be 4 years old by August 1, 2022, or they must have completed a 3 year old program with a birthdate before October 1, 2018 to enroll in the 4 year old classroom. Children must be fully potty trained. Maximum class
size for the 4 year old preschool class is 12 students.
For Pre-Kindergarten class - Children must be 5 years old by August 1, 2022, or they must have completed a 4 year old program with a birthdate before October 1, 2017 to enroll in the Pre-Kindergarten classroom. Children must be fully potty trained. Maximum size for the Pre-Kindergarten classroom is 14 students.
Elementary After School Program - Children must be in kindergarten through 5th grade for the 2022-2023 school year. Maximum class size for the Elementary After School Program class is 15 students. Hardin County Schools will bus children to us from Heartland Elementary School only. Families with children from other schools will need to bring their children to Grace Heartland Church for our Elementary After School Program.

size for the 4 year old preschool class is 12 students.
For Pre-Kindergarten class - Children must be 5 years old by August 1, 2022, or they must have completed a 4 year old program with a birthdate before October 1, 2017 to enroll in the Pre-Kindergarten classroom. Children must be fully potty trained. Maximum size for the Pre-Kindergarten classroom is 14 students.
Elementary After School Program - Children must be in kindergarten through 5th grade for the 2022-2023 school year. Maximum class size for the Elementary After School Program class is 15 students. Hardin County Schools will bus children to us from Heartland Elementary School only.
